Dear Parents,

Book Collection arrangements are as follows:

Times:

Friday 8th January 2pm to 3.00pm – 3rd to 6th class.  Younger sibling books will be ready for collection with older sibling’s books.

Friday afternoon 3pmto 4pm – Infants to 1st and 2nd. Younger sibling books will be ready for collection with the older sibling’s books.

Entry/Exit Procedure:

All parents, please enter school grounds via double gates at front.

Parents/children of 5th & 6th class children enter school building via double door at front and go direct to classroom where books will be in ready for collection in clear plastic boxes. Exit via double doors and small green gate. 

Parents of 3rd & 4th class children enter via double doors at front, go around the back of the building to door in conservatory and then go to classroom where books will be in ready for collection in clear plastic boxes. Exit via corridor to front lobby, front door and small green gate.

Parents of 1st and 2nd class children enter school building via double door at front, go around the back of the building to door in conservatory and then go to classroom where books will be in ready for collection in clear plastic boxes. Exit via corridor to front lobby, front door and small green gate.

Parents of Infant children enter via double doors at front, go around the back of the building to door in conservatory.  Books will be in the Homework folders and will be laid out on the benches in the conservatory. Exit via corridor to front lobby, front door and small green gate.

General Covid-19 Requirements

Please wear masks when on school grounds. 

Sanitiser will be available at the entrance and exit points.

Teachers will be at entry points to ensure that there is only one parent in an indoor space at a time.

Please maintain social distance from others.  If there is a queue to access the school, please use the markers at the entry point to keep a distance.

Please leave the school grounds as soon as you have collected books.

Distance Learning Programme

Distance Learning will start next week and more details on the general programme will be posted on our website before Monday.

Each child’s individual SeeSaw access code will be with the child’s books.  This is important so please keep it in a safe place.
